Modern, location was good, ac kept us cool throughout the day.

Some things were broken, for example door locks and hinges, and a few other small bits. The front door lock system was awkward and had to get used to it.

The location was ideal. The beds and bathrooms and supply of towels was good.

The spare pillows looked dirty and in the presses it was dusty. But other than this the accommodation was lovely and clean. The courtyard area outside the appartment was like a dump. Renovations were obviously underway but a warning would have been ideal. There were mattresses and a freezer just abondoned.

It was really clean and also it is located in a good spot with lots of bars and restaurants. Loved the showers and also how everything is organized.

The living room’s air conditioner doesn’t cool as much as the other two located in the other rooms. Also om the outside of the apartment it looks like its abandoned. The beds were uncomfortable it fet like it had a dent.

L'unico vero punto di forza di questo alloggio è la posizione: si trova a soli 700 metri dal centro e a 3 minuti a piedi da uno dei club più famosi di Budapest, il che rende i minimi spostamenti molto comodi.

La pulizia lascia purtroppo molto a desiderare: al nostro arrivo il pavimento era pieno di polvere, i muri ricoperti di ragnatele e le lenzuola erano macchiate, persino di sangue. La struttura è attualmente interessata da lavori di ristrutturazione nell'atrio (iniziati, a detta del proprietario, solo pochi giorni prima del nostro arrivo): la pavimentazione mancava del tutto e per accedere alla casa eravamo costretti a camminare letteralmente nella terra. La serratura dell'ingresso è di qualità estremamente bassa e difficilissima da aprire e chiudere. In soggiorno il condizionatore non funzionava e, sebbene sia stato riparato dopo nostre ripetute segnalazioni, resta un disservizio evitabile. Infine, abbiamo prenotato la navetta per l'aeroporto tramite l'alloggio ma non ci è stato permesso di attendere l'autista all'interno della struttura, dettaglio importante che non era stato specificato prima della prenotazione.
