The location was great, the staff responsive. It is quite spacious.

Problems while collecting the keys, the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on, not enough kitchenware, sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Clean, good location ( specifically if you like parties). 15-25 min walking from city centre. Great value for money.

Food places around the apartment are a bit pricey. Instructions to get in the apartment are a bit confusing.

We appreciated the position and the safe where we could put the Key.

No real people to talk to ...

1. It was a really well explained how to get in the door. There was an entrance door to the building, then another code to the appartments and finally a lock box to get in my own appartment. It felt a little like a quest in an escape room, but it was thoroughly explained so I got in quickly. ;) 2. The location of this appartment is just perfect. Despite the issues I had in the appartment during my stay, I was still happy I booked the place, simply because of it's location. 3. The appartment looked exactly like the pictures, it's quite big and it was clean. 4. The taxi service to the appartment through booking.com is really a plus. He was on time, proactively got in touch with me to see if my flight was on time and in general he was really friendly.

1. The noise from neighbours. I could hear conversations in the hallway and unfortunately not everyone kept the noise down as was requested on many signs in the building. I know that's not your fault or anything, but it did impact my stay at your place. 2. The smell in the appartment when I got there. You did get it checked out, but I assume your solution was to keep the sink filled with water? I bought something to get rid of the smell while I was there. I don't know if it got a little better or if I was just getting used to it. You should get that checked out thoroughly for future guests. 3. Hot water in the shower. More often than not the water was cold. Whenever I wanted to get a shower it was cold. I think I had 3 hot showers in 6 days. After a long day of walking in the city, that's all you want.
