Location is good with variety of restaurants, pubs and a grocery shop near the building. Metro & bus stations are near to the property. Although the building and it's elevator are very old but the apartment interiors are very well done.
Paper kitchen rolls are a must in the kitchen. I had to buy it. Although there was one cloth kitchen towel but if you use it you have to wash it every day that's why I didn't use it. I saw a space for washing machine but the machine was missing. Property owners should see into these 2 points. Rest all was good.

Gute Lage. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, aber die Sauberkeit könnte noch verbessert werden. Das Haus ist sehr alt, liegt aber in einer guten Gegend. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtzentrum sind in 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es fehlten uns viele Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel ein Schwamm zum Geschirrspülen oder ein zweites Handtuch; außerdem gab es weder Tee noch Kaffee, Salz oder Zucker. Es gibt zwar eine Küche, aber ohne all das ist das Kochen etwas schwierig. Auf Anfrage wurden uns jedoch nach einigen Stunden einige der fehlenden Dinge gebracht. Es gibt keinen täglichen Reinigungsservice wie im Hotel. Auf Anfrage kann eine Reinigung für 36 Euro bestellt werden.

Location was very good.
You should look how it is under the mattress. It is unnacceptable that condoms and other stuff is there.. We just noticed today when checking out otherwise we would get in contact right away.
