Centre of the city easy to access tramp, bus, metro. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. I loved the bathroom most, but everything was really nice and have everything what I was needed

We were given an app that was supposed to take us to where our apartment was but it was the wrong address. We were told this after being on the phone for 30 minutes to someone. They then advised us to go to our booking address. We were in a strange city so had to pay 15 euros for a taxi to take us to the correct address. We arrived at what looked like a derelict building! We were then on the phone to someone else to get 3 codes numbers for main front door, entrance door and apartment door. What a mucking about and extremely stressful. Took 90 mins from arrival in the city to getting our accommodation The headroom in the bedroom was too low for my husband Only 2 towels for two people. No hand towels. 2 toilet rolls The biggest issue was no WiFi which it states WiFi in the area what the hell does that mean The TV only gave you local channels so was also a waste of time. We wouldn't usethis again and wouldn't recommend them either

Very nice apartament, looked like the pictures, was clean and nice, good location, had what we needed, nothing to complain about the space or cleaniness.

The safety is questionable. We were 2 young girls staying here. There was one main door, another door for the apartaments and a third door to our room, all rooms locked with codes. On the second night some weird people tried to get in through the main door after us, but we didn’t let them in. The day after around 10am, we were woken up by a weird man opening the door to OUR room and staring at us in confusion, which is not acceptable at all. For an hour after that we still heard people standing outside our room, (inside of the second entrance door to the apartaments). I opened the door to check and it looked like the weird people that tried to get in the day before and not like someone who stayed/worked here, we couldn’t communicate with them because they didn’t speak english and they acted weirdly. We contacted the hotel and told them about the situation, they came to check unfortunately after the weird people left and changed the code to our room. They were good with communication and quick with responses, but because of the other reviews with similiar situations, we still felt unsafe on our last night. Also, on our last night, around 3am when we came home from a night out, there was a group of teenage boys that were trying to get in through the main door, they left when we came but we saw them waiting for us to get in around the corner and acting very suspicious. I don’t know what they were planning but all those situations made us feel very unsafe.
