The room was ready made and I didn't need to wait even though I had to book the accommodation last minute as my previous accommodation fell through. I asked for help with the heating as I needed the room to be warm and the maintenance cam within an hour or so. The continuously offered to help throughout my stay.
The only little thing is that there were nowhere to hang clothes as there were no hooks anywhere the flat or in the bathroom. It is perfect for one person though as you can put things on the chairs and the bed. The pillows were a but grubby and smelt dirty so those could be refreshed and the headboard of the bed steam cleaned.

It is well located and well equipped.
They apartment was a conpletely different unit to the pictures. The area to pick up the key card is 20 minutes away from the place you stay, which means multiple taxis when checking in and out. There was a bad spell of sewerage in the apartment. The cleaner used their key card to enter the apartment at 10am while we were still in bed, despite check in being 11am.
