Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice and clean with a big terrace. You can pay for a garage space and not worry about the parking.

There could be more towels (only one per guest). Guests should receive instructions about the garage entrance at the same time as for the apartment (we didn’t receive any info and had to call on the spot). The sound isn’t working on the TV in the living room.

The apartment was cosy and comfortable, easy access to the apartment. The location was good, 5-6 minutes from metro station (line M3).

There should've been more towels. Not as clean as you would expect (there were some empty bottles from previous guests).

TK HOMES was in a great location. The area was nice and quiet, supermarkets and restaurants were nearby. The nearest metro station (Semmelweis klinikak) was about a 5 minute walk and it took you to the city center in a few minutes. The apartment was big, bright and clean, and modernly decorated. There was everything you needed...including a washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker and a few pods and a few tea bags.. The apartment had instructions for those staying overnight and a list of TV channels...which was great. The apartment had two televisions, one in the living room which showed several foreign channels, including a Spanish television channel. The second TV was in the bedroom with many local channels. The bed was very comfortable and big and the apartment had blackout blinds. There were only 2 soap and shampoo sample bags and one body lotion sample bag in the apartment. Which is a bit strange . Check-in and check-out were easy and quick, and finding the apartment was easy. A nice welcome surprise was the hosts leaving a bottle of water, chocolate and bottle of sparkling wine . I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

If you use soap and shampoo "sample bags" you should probably have a few of them if you are staying for several days. Usually all apartments have soap and shampoo... .The entrance hall smells like trash because the lobby leads to a space with trash cans.

The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator. It is equipped with a washing machine, an espresso machine, a TV, and an AC. In the area, you can find a Spar supermarket, as well as nice cafes and bars.

I cannot describe it as clean and tidy. The washing machine was broken, and we almost flooded the apartment. Fortunately, we were at home, and the staff quickly managed to fix it. We had to buy shower gel, laundry soap, and napkins since these essential items were not provided. It seems like the apartment had not been rented for an extended period, perhaps only for a one-night stay.
