Nice spacious apartment, has a free underground parking space, has A/C which was nice during a heatwave.
Not really luxury, despite the title. The fridge was broken, there was no detergent for the washing machine, and no coffee filters, which made the stay less comfortable than expected

Everything went perfectly during our stay. Communication with the owners was excellent — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend this place because of its convenient location and the free garage parking, which made our trip much easier and more comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable apartments in a great location, almost fully equipped for long-term and short-term stays for two.
3 min to metro station, few groceries around, one shopping center, underground parking.

In general, the apartment could have been nice, but it wasn't. The small room was acceptable.
There was dust everywhere, alot of long black hair all over the place, the shower curtain has a small which could barely be suported, the sofa bed very unconfortable. The bed linen old and decolorated. The kitchen furnitures door brooken. The refrigerator dirty. No garage remote, and they told me the prevous renter lost it, but turns out it was a lie and others were told the same. We called for the garage door to be opened by the host, but no answer. All in all, a bad experience, far too expensive and far to be a "luxury".
