Amazing apartment. Facilities were exceptional and a homely, clean, comfortable base for our stay.

Everything about the apartment was exceptional! Spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable. We could not have wished for a better place to stay. Jackie was responsive and also came to welcome us which was a lovely touch. Thank you for the Bucks Fizz and Choccy Bars, very much appreciated.

fantastic apartment

location is perfect, the apartment is spotless,beds are comfy, lovely veranda that looks right on to the river,this is our 2nd weekend in a row at jackies apartment it truly is fantastic,one of the best weve had and weve had a few. we met jackie this time and she is a lovely person. we will be back for sure.

A home from home and very luxurious stay with the views and perfect location

AMAZING apartment! Tanllan had everything we needed on hand plus the added bonus of the balcony and river view. A short walk into Callander which has a lovely pub, fish n chips and other shops to peruse. We would highly recommend staying at Tanllan and also Jackie was the most attentive host checking in all was ok upon arrival and departure. Apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, if ever in the area again we would 100% stay at Tanllan, thank you Jackie so much :-)

Wonderful relaxing short stay.

Location was perfect - just minutes from the High Street but the property was in a quiet location with balcony overlooking a river. Really relaxing. All our needs were met with an exceptionally clean and serviced apartment. Off road parking which was an added bonus.

Best stay on our road trip

We have toured almost the entire Scotland and, having stayed in 6 different hotels and apartments, in the end our group unanimously voted this apartment the best stay on the whole trip. Inside, the apartment felt very brand new and fresh, with modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms. The washing machine with a drier was an absolutely great thing to have. The location is amazing, it's a quiet cul-de-sac, the kitchen/living room is facing a beautiful river, with a balcony to enjoy the view (during those precious moments when it's not raining in Scotland!). Staying so close to the water, we were a bit worried about mosquitoes, but in the end none materialised. A local co-op shop is within 5 minutes walking from the property. Callander is right in the middle of the Trossachs, and it was a great base for exploring the area. Some pretty amazing hikes around there. Coming back to the apartment after a day of hiking was like returning home. Our host was always very helpful too. Overall, it's an absolutely lovely holiday apartment situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland.

Just a tiny thing. Not sure what was the interior designer thinking, but an idea to put a tiny basin into an ample sized bathroom was certainly not the cleverest one. There was certainly more than enough space for a full-sized basin, which would make the process of washing one's face much more comfortable.

Spotless and exceptional apartment with everything and more provided you could ever need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Very spacious accommodation finished throughout to a very high standard. The balcony with fantastic views over the river is an added bonus and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility this fantastic home from home has to offer. Our host Jackie was so lovely and easily contactable before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a great location. We cannot wait to return.

We have stayed in alot of holiday lets and this is the best one, by far. Fabulous apartment.

Within walking distance of Callander and views of the river. Every kitchen utensil nedded to cook from scratch. Layout of apartment was great. Very clean, warm and tidy. Binoculars were a bonus to watch the birds on the river. WiFi excellent.

Fabulous apartment in excellent location

Tanllan Apartment is a real home from home. It is beautifully decorated throughout and has everything you could possibly need for a stay in this gorgeous part of Scotland. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean The beds are very comfortable. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is very well appointed. The small balcony off the seating area provides a relaxing spot to sit and chill with a glass of wine whilst overlooking the peaceful River Teith. This area also allows you to eat alfresco. We had a wonderful few days here and will certainly be returning.

One of the best places we have every stayed.

Very near amenities but in a very quiet location. The apartment is well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The view across the river from the balcony is exceptional.

I would have appreciated a bit more room for my groceries and fewer pans! (and a sieve).
