A lovely apartment in an ideal location.

Waterside is ideally situated in the centre of town, just along from the Riverside pub and The Meadows car park. There is good, private parking by the house. Internally, the apartment is even lovelier than the photos suggest. It is spacious, with two good sized bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge that has a dining table, two nice settees, and a fantastic view of the river and the meadows. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and, in short, it’s one of those rental places you could happily live in. We never met the owners, but the correspondence from initial booking until post departure was excellent and it is clear that the comfort and satisfaction of their guests is of paramount importance to them. We had a lovely stay here and this is one of the best apartments we have ever rented. Many thanks to Karon and Steve.

Lovely place to stay and visit the Trossachs.

Ideally located to visit the Trossachs and Stirling. Very well equipped, very clean and very nice decoration. A Tesco Express is across the street.

Highly recommend!

Location was excellent - everything was just a stone's throw away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. The standout feature for us was the view from the sitting area - absolutely stunning! Shops, cafes and Tesco Express on the doorstep. Fully equipped kitchen made meal times easy & we recieved great communication from the owners throughout. Our family had a fabulous time and we would highly recommend!!

Since it's by the waterside, be careful not to leave the windows open too long as lots of bugs will get in!

A beautiful apartment, perfect for a break in Callander and / or as a base to go sightseeing.

First of all, the owners, Karon and Steve, were very helpful, letting me know that I could contact them about anything. Their communication was clear and informative with a couple of check-in and check-out messages which I appreciated. I asked if we could check out a little later, and they accommodated us, which helped a lot. The apartment is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories, a smart, spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities. I loved all the nice touches. Clearly, Karon and Steve have put a lot of thought into the design and comfort of the penthouse. I could have stayed there forever! The view from the living room is impressive. My family and I adored watching people kayaking, paddle-boarding, and swimming on the River Teith and looking out at the meadows on the opposite side of the river. As we got the best weather, we took our picnic blanket and spent time sitting by the river. Great for our children. We bought a fishing net for our son, and that was it - he was entertained for hours while knee-high in water. The location was perfect. There were plenty of pubs, restaurants and takeaways nearby and a supermarket - great for the hot nights when we preferred not to cook. We visited Stirling Castle, which was about a 45-minute drive away and well worth seeing. We would definitely return. Such a delightful apartment and the cleanest we have ever stayed in.

There is a large hole in the roof fascia outside and directly above one of the bedrooms, this meant that birds were nesting in the hole. As the birds woke very early each morning they woke us up. If the fascia is repaired they will not be able to nest inside.

Beautiful apartment in a fab location

The penthouse apartment is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and so cosy and comfortable. It’s close to shops, restaurants and bars and the views from the the apartment over the River Teith are fab, such a perfect location. The hosts Karon and Steve are so helpful, friendly and quick to respond, couldn’t be better. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einer schön eingerichteten und gut geschnittenen Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten zu viert als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser fantastischen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschickt aufgeteilt und sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Lage im Ort ist sehr gut, schöne Pubs und Geschäfte sind praktisch nebenan. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

An der Wohnung könnte nichts besser sein. Geräuschempfindliche Personen könnten sich vielleicht an den Bikern stören, die teilweise sehr laut durch den Ort fahren und auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz ihre Motoren laufen lassen. Das betrifft aber wahrscheinlich alle Wohnungen, die so zentral in Callander liegen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
