This gorgeous, comfortable cottage was the perfect place for a long weekend with my sister.
It was close to Callander and Doune.
We liked that it was a detached cottage.
The decor is modern and very well kept.
There is an enclosed garden.
The hosts left a very generous welcome package with homemade pancakes, butter, jam, cereal, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee.
We highly recommend this cottage.
For families with young children and pets, the proximity to a fast, busy road may be off-putting.
This didn't affect us.

It was handy to lots of sightseeing but THE most amazing stand out for us was our host “Rita”. She was so very helpful and presented us with loads of unexpected goodies (milk, bacon, eggs, home made fudge etc).

Delightful little Tardis of a cottage. Very comfortable bed. Good Wifi and TV. Well equipped kitchen with milk, tea, coffee, juice and cereal provided too. The added bonus of freshly made Scotch pancakes was lovely. Thank you Rita!
There was a lovely big garden area at the back of the cottage.
It was fairly pricey for two of us but bearing in mind it could sleep 5, it would present excellent value for a family.
Communication was excellent.
Can't complain about anything!
