Absolutely stunning apartment. Everything is thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful views of the bay. Tom was very nice to greet us and helped with luggage. He also offered us extra coffee since they were hard to get from local shops.

A fully closed off second bedroom would be prefereable for two couples, yet it is still an excellent space for 4 adults.

A window you won't want to leave - and some practical advice We stayed two nights here with our family while touring the Bay of Kotor, and the apartment itself is quite simply beautiful. Modern, spotlessly clean and genuinely stylish, with everything you could need. But the real feature is the window. The building sits directly on the waterfront promenade of Perast, which means you look straight out onto the water and the quayside. We spent hours just sitting there watching the boats - and the large cruise ships pass by so close that it feels like they are coming through the living room. That view alone is worth the stay. Perast itself won us over completely. It is small, remarkably relaxed and has an atmosphere you don't find in the busier towns along the bay. Three practical notes for future guests, none of which spoiled anything for us: Arriving in high season is a challenge, because there is no parking at the building. That is entirely understandable given how close the house is to the water - you can't have both - but plan for it. Expect to pay between 25 and 40 euros per 24 hours depending on vehicle size, and it is worth negotiating. Once you have parked, though, you can leave the car alone. There is a bus stop very close by with a service to Kotor roughly once an hour, costing about 2 euros per person. That is far less stressful than driving and parking in Kotor yourself. Do your shopping before you arrive. The small shops in Perast are essentially souvenir shops carrying only the basics, so stock up somewhere outside the village if you plan to cook. A wonderful apartment and an excellent base for exploring the bay. We would come back.
