Lokalizacja, widok za oknem, taras, kuchnia, internet, kawiarka, miasto raj na ziemi - nie ma tłumów i cisza. Prawie brak parkingu obok miasta, ten co jest kosztuje 25 euro - odstrasza tłumy.

Trzeba powaznie posprzątać, a potem poprostu kupić robot odkurzacz za 100 euro ustawić czas na codzień i będzie super. Z minusów: na kuchnie brakuje kubków dla herbatki, szklanek dla wina, małego garnka. Do najbliszego normalnego sklepu 5km pieszo.

We spent 7 days in this apartment and were very happy with our stay. Communication with the host was excellent; we received all necessary information and could always reach out via WhatsApp. The host was very helpful and responded immediately whenever we needed advice about transport, restaurants, or prices. Our apartment was on the ground floor of a multi-floor building, just a few steps from a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed relaxing evenings. Everything in the apartment matched the description on Booking. The interior was very clean, nicely decorated, and the window had a mosquito screen. The area is peaceful and quiet. A great pizzeria is located nearby and turned out to be an excellent lunch spot. A local cat visited the terrace regularly, making our evenings even more enjoyable - a lovely surprise for cat lovers.

The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. The mobile signal inside the apartment was quite weak. Being on the ground floor meant that noise from the apartment above was very noticeable, especially due to wooden floors and the building’s structure. There were occasional short power and water outages, though they were not very disruptive. Toward the end of our stay, we noticed a small ant invasion near the window. While not a major issue, it’s something guests might want to report to the host.

Newly renovated old stone house on 3 levels with a specious ground and top terrace. Beautiful old tall trees and a garden in front of the house are only contributing to the charm, hospitality and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The house stands in a quieter part of Perast, 5 min walk to a concrete beach with a crystal clear water and a shade from the pine and fig trees. Our Maestral apartment had a spacious top terrace with magnificent view. The host (Annie) was very kind, informative, proactive and easily reachable. A smart high ceiling feature and many windows made the flat feels very pleasant. Each of the windows have an inbuilt mosquito screen which gives you an option to choose a fresh air instead of AC. The apartment is fairly new and so its appliances, which is very appreciated 😃.

This one room-studio is for max 2 persons. A large bed consists of two single beds with a double overmadras which we find very hard to sleep on. Sleeping sofa had a non removable hard padding, so our sleep comfort was generally poor. The noise from the surrounding buildings and AC’s was increasing following the increasing summer season. Also, one has to tolerate chattty passer-by’s gathering at the street extension during the night, while a neighbouring fire-station will push you out of bed when they rush to the scene turning the alarm on.
