Incredible location

Tap water is effectively salt water. In the height of summer the whole town has power issues, our apartment was out of power for a few hours.

Lokalizacja, widok za oknem, taras, kuchnia, internet, kawiarka, miasto raj na ziemi - nie ma tłumów i cisza. Prawie brak parkingu obok miasta, ten co jest kosztuje 25 euro - odstrasza tłumy.

Trzeba powaznie posprzątać, a potem poprostu kupić robot odkurzacz za 100 euro ustawić czas na codzień i będzie super. Z minusów: na kuchnie brakuje kubków dla herbatki, szklanek dla wina, małego garnka. Do najbliszego normalnego sklepu 5km pieszo.

Mooi appartement, leuk ingericht, prima faciliteiten. Fijne rustige plek met mooi balkon

Perast is an exceptional town in Boka, probably the most beautiful place for a holiday in Montenegro. It has a great history and well-preserved architecture. It's calm and quiet. There are several good restaurants. The location of this accommodation is excellent - it is located in the first row to the sea.

I've been coming to Perast for more than 15 years and in total I spent more than 6 months in this wonderful city in several different accommodations (including cheaper than this one, but also the most expensive ones in the city). I'm trying to figure out if this accommodation is worth a visit. Unfortunately, it is not. Firstly, photos and descriptions are not enough to show the true condition. The terrace is shared and primarily belongs to the flat below this. The construction of the floor structure is such that even common walking through the flat can be heard in the flat below, which (justifiably) bothers the one who stays in the flat below. It's not uncommon in Perast, but I think it should be emphasised in the description of the flat. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. I rarely write negative reviews so I wouldn't add anything more, I had a desire that this review would help others in choosing their accommodation in Perast as well as the host to improve the services.
