Расположение прекрасное. Через дорогу отличный пляж с кафе , с зонтиками и шезлонгами . Рядом , в 5 минутах пешком 4 отличных ресторана. 1 минута пешком - автозаправка , где можно купить минимальный набор продуктов. 5 мин пешком - 2 продуктовых магазина

Najbardziej podobał mi się widok na zatokę. Bardzo blisko plaża. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Wyposażenie apartamanetu kuchnia, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka, wifi, dużo miejsca w apartamencie było bardzo komfortowo.
Główna ulica blisko, na początku mi to przeszkadzało, ale po 2 dniach przyzwyczaiłam się. Risan jest spokojnym miasteczkiem. Porównując do Budva, Kotor tam było dużo głośniej.

Blisko plaży, knajpek oraz sklepów. Wyposażenie kuchni: kuchenka, piekarnik, lodówka z zamrażarką. Wygodne łóżka, duży apartament, dwie łazienki. Bezproblemowe parkowanie.
Hałas od ulicy, w szczególnosci nocne wycie motocyklami. Kilka niedociągnięć w czystości. Przydałoby się też już lekkie odświeżenie.
