If you're not a local- make sure you bring supplies!

The room is right across the street from the Bay of Kotor- and it was lovely to sit on the small terrace looking out at the water.

Address given was incorrect- went into another building and wandered around for quite some time. Contacted host who gave us directions to the place. Room has the barest of amenities- I think it's primarily for locals who want a beach vacation, not for international travelers. No coffee, tea, no paper towels even. 1 wine glass, 1 drinking glass. Bed is small and extremely uncomfortable. Busy road with noise all night long.

Beautiful location and reasonable price!

Wanted to stay near Perast and this worked out perfectly. Right in the main road with free parking and the beach right in front. Very clean and beautiful view of the water and mountains from the balcony!

Better stay than expected with "private sea next to"

The location is great - next to the swimming area in the sea. The rooms are very clean and modern. Balcony with a sea view. Near the city center. Good price

Some rooms had electronic keys, others didn't. At night, the adjacent street is noisy with motorcyclists. There is no sign at the door, it's hard to find because the owner is not on site.

Not satisfying though accomodation itself is fine

The accomodation itself is located very well in Risan, few steps away from the beach. The facaility appears to be new, cleanliness was good (the cleaning lady did a very good job and was very friendly and supportive).

Organisation: - the booking confirmation mentiones a personal meeting at arrival to hand over keys and explain everything. - did not happen at all, the communication was distant through WhatsApp - confusin about parking opportunities at the facility itself which cost us time and nerves after a long drive. Communication and solutions offered were not satisfying - basic information at apartment itself like Wifi access not available, needed to ask myself (again) for it - no instructions at all. - if you decide not to have personal contact with guests - which is ok - then at least make sure you are providing clear instructions and information at location / in the room or ahead with an e-mail / text message PROACTVIELY explaining everything Accomodation supply: - a room / apartment for 2 people should also have the supply in the apartment for 2 people - no folks, only one cup for coffee, only one plate - the cuttlery itself was based at the bottom under the sink, and the sink itself was a bit smelly. All in all: the accomodation itself deserves a better organisation and management by the people responsible. Obviously - and maybe we have been individually very unfortunate here - it has not been taken care of it in this case at all.

Risan stay

Extremely clean apartment. Fresh towels and bedding changed everyday.

The kitchen was very small with limited utensils etc. Probably ok for making quick breakfast and hot drinks. The small fridge was very cold.

Fantastic balcony, loved staying in Risan, away from the hustle and bustle of other resorts

The check in procedure was a bit convoluted, getting the door code was a bit of a faff, Every other property would just send it to you through booking.com. Getting the code involved a phone call.

Not the best service.

The location was good.

No one showed up to greet us or show us the apartment, even though we had arranged to let them know upon arrival and were told we would be met. Communication was difficult — we had to wait on the line multiple times, and at times the call was simply ended. In the end, we received instructions over the phone and got help from a neighbor. The apartment is worn but clean. There was no toilet paper. Very noisy (street nearby).

Superb

The apartment was located right on the waterfront with a view from the balcony. Also within walking distance of restaurants in Risan and about 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Perast. The apartment was very clean and facilities were appropriate (we had a couple of issues but the staff, located at Hotel Conte in Perast, were very quick to rectify this).

There was slight noise from the road. Also not a huge issue but worth a mention if you do not have Montenegrin phone sims! On arrival we did not have use of our phones abroad and we were asked to make contact 10 minutes before arrival or to go to the connected Hotel in Perast. We tried to reach the connected Hotel however there is a barrier before the village which we could not enter through. Luckily enough the car park attendees by the barrier were helpful enough to put us straight on the phone with Hotel Conte who sent someone to meet us 10 minutes later.

apartments are on the main road. it is very loud with open window. there was not much space in the room where to put chlotes internet was not working fast there is no guaranteed parking place for everyone, however there are parking lots close to the apartment

The view is great only from 3rd floor.Not enough privacy on balcony two apartments are not much divided.Parking is avalaible for 3 max 4 cars and there is 6 apartments. Little bit overpriced.Check in at Perast where is impossible to find parking spot.

Nice accommodation with some drawbacks

wonderful view of the sea and mountains. even though the room was smaller than anticipated it made up for this with its cozy vibe.

To begin with the check in procedure, I have to highlight the staffs inability to facilitate our arrival. As the apartment is located in a different city than the hotel, we had to wait quite a while before a staff member was able to take us to our quarters. The slowness of the staff was even atributed to the rain which had fallen the day before.. To continue, certain amenities, which were guaranteed on the booking page, seemed to be no more than fiction upon arival. To give a couple of examples: the parking space was available, but only if the other guests did not park there before you. In addition, the television only had one available program, which was far from the aforementioned satelite capacity.

Noise of the street can ruin your rest

Sea is across the street. We had welcome drinks in the beautiful restraunt 2 km away and also breakfast.

It is right a the busy road. So night sleep is a challenge. Room is dark. Fridge was not cleaned after previous guests. And we had visitors - ants in the kitchen area. Blankets are thin that it was cold at night.

The apartment is equipped (there is a safe, TV, free wifi, refrigerator, electric oven, shampoo, shower gel, sponge and dishwashing liquid). They are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The beach is very close, with clear water. Parking is free. The view from the terrace is good if the room is on the top floor, and there is a dryer for clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As the accommodation is located next to the road, the constant traffic was accompanied by constant noise, it was difficult to relax. We tried to buy earplugs, but they didn’t sell in Risan.

Вид из окна просто шикарный, 20 метров до моря Можно рыбачить прямо у дома, причем удалось поймать 6 видов рыб :) Очень нравилось даже просто посидеть на балкончике и посмотреть на море

Немного маловат номер, машины шумят, море холодное, так как горные реке не далеко впадают и вода холоднее чем в той же Будве Я ростом 1.93 и кровать коротковата, да и по ширине для двоих хотелось бы чуть больше В любом случае, в целом все понравилось

L'emplacement est parfait, et la vue est très agréable. La possibilité de pouvoir se garer aussi. Les chambres sont belles et agréables.

C'est au bord de la route, il faut donc prendre en compte qu'on entend tout le temps les voitures qui passent. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage
