Incredibly helpful host who was very responsive and guided us a lot during our stay.
Great ocean view and terrace and newly renovated apartment with parking in front of the building.
Even walking to Perast is doable as there is a sidewalk for the whole distance (40min walk)
Only thing which we didn’t like was that there was only one blanket. So if you travel as friends I recommend to request a second one in advance if required.

We was greeted by the hotel chain and given keys and checked in.
Remember to turn on the water heater an hour or more before shower.

The location was good.
No one showed up to greet us or show us the apartment, even though we had arranged to let them know upon arrival and were told we would be met. Communication was difficult — we had to wait on the line multiple times, and at times the call was simply ended. In the end, we received instructions over the phone and got help from a neighbor. The apartment is worn but clean. There was no toilet paper. Very noisy (street nearby).
