The apartment is so clean, and perfectly accommodated. Location is amazing as well as the view.

The property manager was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we asked for something, he was quick to assist and usually brought what we needed right away. Communication was easy, and even the payment process was straightforward and hassle-free. We really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to help, which made the stay much more comfortable. It was actually one of the fewest places with dedicated free parking, which is a big advantage 🤩 Very nice view, relaxing outdoor chair.. ❤️ The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the sofa in the living room opens into a proper sleeping space, which was very useful.

It’s not negative but a few things are worth keeping in mind, although they are mostly related to the nature of staying in historic Perast rather than the property itself. 1- The drive down to the parking area felt a little stressful for me because the road is quite narrow and steep. 2- Similarly, reaching the waterfront from the property involves walking down to the coast quite a few steps, almost 40. Also reaching the property which just below the park is through 10-12 steps down. 3- The only thing that was personally difficult for me was that the bedroom did not have air conditioning. During warmer weather, I found it uncomfortable to sleep there especially as there were quite a few flies in the room, possibly due to the warm weather. Fortunately, the living room is air-conditioned and the sofa converts into a bed, so we had a good alternative❤️
