The apartment was spacious and very clean. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 young children. The apartment had everything we needed as a night stop off for our travels. There was a private parking space and big shop nearby. We were met by Stephanie’s mother who was extremely pleasant and patient with our lack of French. The communication was perfect. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay in these beautiful apartments. Very comfortable apartment layout with a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. Comfortable bed with warm duvets so you can sleep with the windows open. In the living room, there is a large folding sofa, on which it is comfortable to sleep together. Convenient location on the outskirts of the city, easy to reach by car and there is free parking. 10 minutes from the house there is a delicious bakery where we bought croissants for breakfast.

Grosse ruhige Wohnung mit toller schattiger Loggia. Sehr gut ausgestattet, bequemes mittelhartes Bett, Küche mit Gasherd. Fixer Parkplatz in der abgesperrten Residenz.

Schlüsselübergabe erfordete genaue Terminvereinbarung. Parkplatz für kleines Auto. Fussboden schlecht verlegt, knarrt bei jedem Schritt. Leider ist auf der Loggia kein Tisch zum Essen, sondern nur zum Trinken und Rauchen.

Bellissimo appartamento ben arredato e con tutte le comodità. Non ho mai visto un appartamento con tanta cura nei dettagli, non manca proprio nulla e la pulizia era impeccabile. Proprietario gentilissimo ci aspettava all’ingresso in perfetto orario e abbiamo trovato anche un piccolo regalo ad aspettarci per il nostro arrivo. Davvero superbo

Ein ruhiges Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang. Die Zufahrt ist durch ein Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous sommes une famille avec deux grands enfants et avons séjourné dans cet appartement de deux pièces, entièrement équipé. Tout était parfait, rien ne nous a manqué. Nous avons eu une place de parking privée juste devant l’immeuble et la communication avec notre hôte a été impeccable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’accueil a été incroyable ! On a eu des petites attentions, c’était vraiment très gentil. La propriétaire est venue nous accueillir pour nous présenter l’appartement et elle est vraiment adorable ! Nous avions un concert au Zénith et l’emplacement est vraiment génial et au calme ! C’est très appréciable !

Proche Zénith. Parfaitement parfait!

Tout était parfait. Un accueil très bien organisé. Un logement propre, soigné avec une literie confortable et tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L'emplacement à même pas 5min du Zénith à pieds est un réel avantage. Nous n'y sommes restés que 1 nuit mais si nous avons à revenir sur Caen nous n'hésiterons pas à prolonger notre séjour de quelques nuits. Autre + : le balcon, la déco, et même la bienveillance dans la résidence avec des voisins sympathiques!
