The real Far North is unquestionably on of New Zealand's best kept secrets, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises on the East coast and serene sunsets on the West coast all in the same day.
With the exquisite scenery and location you are truly spoiled for choices when it comes to our local beaches, whether it be a calm relaxing family day on the East coast or more rugged adventures on the West we have it all on offer.
Nestled within walking distance of the Houhora Harbour, the infamous 90 Mile beach is a mere 10 minute drive.
Our property is perfectly situated to be within walking distance of local amenities including convenience & liquor stores, restaurants, bars, children's playground, fishing club and wharves/boat ramps.
Our location lends itself to multiple day trip options to explore, or some peaceful rest and relaxation in our private hideaway set on acreage.
We are offering a spacious, modern 3 bedroom home that can sleep up to 6 people.
A double garage is available for your convenience, as is ample parking for boats, jet skis and any other toys.
TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ and outdoor entertaining spaces are all provided.
NOTE: There are natural ponds on the property that will require adult supervision. As the property adjoins a working farm there is an electric fence running the length of the boundary.
Any additional guests staying anywhere on the property including, but not limited to tents or campervans are by prior agreement only and may incur additional charges.

Everything about the accommodation speaks to excellent quality and peace of mind. The place is extremely well kept, clean and located in a peaceful environment, yet close to local shops and the Northland areas that are well worth visiting.

We had a lovely holiday in Pukenui. The house was amazing- modern, well stocked. Loved the addition of the air fryer! The large yard was a big hit with my kids!No real beach to walk to but we drove to some stunning beaches. Thank you

What a fabulous house to holiday in. Perfectly clean, easy communication and great location. After camping for 6 nights it was a luxury to stay at the house with everything we needed. Carol was easy to deal with and we highly recommend this accommodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze - beautiful, quiet surroundings, and a great location for those heading to Cape Reinga and 90 Mile Beach. Spotlessly clean and all the facilities you could wish for. Local restaurant and Four Square just a quick stroll from the house.
