This bright, modern, one bedroom apartment (with additional sofa bed) is perfect for anyone looking to stay in the historic city of Portsmouth.
- 5 minutes walk from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
- 8 mins to Gunwharf Quays the waterfront Shopping and entertainment complex.
Set on the 2nd floor (sorry no lift!) this apartment benefits from a quiet, yet convenient location. Why not grab some fish and chips and eat them by the water's edge!

Mon-Sun: 10:00-20:00pm
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb
If you come out the Flat and turn left down Queen Street - carry on down to the end of the Road - you have the Historic Dockyard on your right - and opposite on the waters edge you will find Hartgills fresh seafood shack and on the right hand side is Brittania Fish & Chips if you fancy some british tradiotion! Go left along the main Road and you will find a big Bus station and Portsmouth Harbour train station - with Gunwharf Quays next to it. All within a 10 minute walk from the flat.

This well equipped apartment has;
- Fast & unlimited WiFi
- Kitchen with Gousto coffee machine
- Living room with large sofa bed for additional sleeping
- Smart TV
- Double bedroom with international plug sockets either side of bed
- Bathroom with bathtub & shower
- Dining table which doubles up as a desk for remote working
*Please note there is 3 flights of stairs and no lift in the building
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is a 15 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
*Please note there is 3 flights of stairs and no lift in the building
*For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
FOR BOOKINGS OF 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £300 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £80.
