Just big enough for two, lovely and warm and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nice quiet location and easy walk into town.

Nice bathroom and good size bath
Quiet location
Parking space is very slim & couldn’t fit estate car so had to risk parking on road with disc parking
Funky smell as most windows can’t be open
Old sofa needs replacing. All furniture is old and out of place/ tired
Fire condemned so should be removed and replaced
No welcome pack / tea or milk or anything. Owner really needs to visit other properties to see how it’s done well
Draws dirty inside
No tea towels. Fridge / freezer old a bit unclean
Bin needed in bathroom
Bedroom full of odd furniture
Bed old and squeaks when you move
Bed covers very old / worn out and faded.
Funky smell from head board
