Ideal base to explore and do the Carlisle parkrun

The cooking etc facilities were to a very high standard. Everything worked and it was spotless and well looked after. The location was very good - only 7 minute walk to a major Sainsbury supermarket and maybe 20 minutes from the train station but on a bus route. The location is also only a 17 minute walk to the parkrun in Moreton Park

It's at the top of a hill on a fairly busy arterial road so there is some traffic noise up to 11pm. While it is a standard lockbox it is a bit small for my large fingers. These are minor quibbles.

Very good overnight stop

Beautifully clean, tidy and comfortable apartment. I had everything I needed, so attention to detail was very much appreciated.

I put some shopping down in the kitchen, and the kick board fell off - apologies to Central Apartments - I couldn’t get it back on! It’s a shame they don’t allow pets, otherwise I would be a regular.

Ok for a stop over

The owner obviously took care to make the place look nice , plenty of towels, books , games.

Location isn’t in the best area , despite thermostat been put up to full place didn’t seem to heat very well. Internet wasn’t working. Mattresses are not the best quality

When you first walk in it looks great but as stated above issues soon came to light so would not be returning.

Kitchen was well equipped, shower was fabulous, cosy living room.

No storage/wardrobe in the main bedroom. Room was cold with no radiator in there and draughty from window. Needs a black out fitted blind to the window as lights from cars coming through all night long. Too noisy from main road and on the last night the tenants above were very noisy, lots of banging.

Cosy little apartment handy for Cumberland Infirmary and town centre

Absolutely spotlessly clean apartment. Very cosy and comfortable.

The only thing we had trouble with was reaching the key press but I am under 5 foot so most people wouldn't have a problem with it.

Great value alternative to the same old same old hotel rooms, would definitely stay again :o)

Clean, decent shower, easy street parking round the corner (needs a disk to keep the traffic militia away but there is one provided). Makes a nice alternative if you get bored of staying in hotel rooms

Main road is a bit noisy at peak times, but it wasn't really an issue and didn't stop a good nights sleep

Clean and simple. Compact dining table with two chairs and ample living area. Kitchen is well equipped and has fridge freezer.

Parking. Please show diagram of parking that is available about 1minute down the hill. Also, please state that even though free on street parking is available, one requires a local parking disc. A disc was available in the property.

Spot on!

Spot on! The flat was immaculate and had everything that I needed. The facilities were modern and the place had been decorated to a high spec. The location was ideal with the city centre less than a mile away and Sainsburys and B and M within 5 minutes walk. For any fitness fanatics, the Carlisle parkrun takes place about 1/2 mile up the road. Good communication with the host, not that I needed anything but the one question I had was answered straight away.

A comfortable property well placed for visiting the centre of Carlisle.

The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a very good bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is convenient for walking into the centre. Side street parking is unrestricted after 6pm and on Sundays, and a small car park just down the hill is free.

It's on a busy road and there was some traffic noise late and early.

Compact and clean inside

Accommodation was compact and had everything was clean inside, the single bed needs a new mattress as the springs were coming through. First impression is everything, the front door could have been cleaned before arrival.

Excellent, clean, comfortable, value for money accommodation

This is a fantastic apartment. Very clean, comfortable and very comfy beds. Tea, coffee, bathroom goods were all thought of and made the stay so comfortable. Excellent value for money. Host so helpful, any need to contact and the hist responded very quickly. The place is close enough to walk to the castle, shops, cathedral, etc., Would definitely book again if staying in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.
