The walls are thin, including the one separating from the street - but not a major issue as traffic is limited at night in this side street.

It does feel more like a private Kyoto home than a hotel, making it particularly suitable for families and small groups.

There is limited storage space for clothing and minor kitchen equipment shortcomings, proofing, and location convenience.
