谷町君 星屋 神泉ノ宿 二条城

This property is highly rated for its spacious traditional Japanese-style accommodation, excellent cleanliness, and quiet location near Nijo Castle. The large rooms, modern facilities, beautiful décor, and the convenience of having a kitchen, washing machine, and relaxing bath facilities. It does feel more like a private Kyoto home than a hotel, making it particularly suitable for families and small groups.

There is limited storage space for clothing and minor kitchen equipment shortcomings, proofing, and location convenience.

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, modern and in a great location! It was perfect for our family of 5. The outdoor bath was very much needed after long days of walking!

Wow, this is hands down the best apartment we ever booked not just in Japan but overall in Booking. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and the design is so well thought of in a Japanese traditional style. It was far better than the pictures! And for such a good price. Location is central too, and with plenty of grocery stores nearby. about 5 minutes walk from metro station. I highly recommend and I would totally book this again in the future if I travel again to Kyoto with my family.

Two little improvements I would suggest is adding a kitchen towel and maybe a small couch/sofa in the livingroom (there is only floor sitting). Also, we shipped our suitcases to the apartment and we were in the apartment waiting to accept them. The currier left the suitcases with the staff at the reception and they were really not happy about them having to accept the luggage on our behalf even though we were there at the time and expecting the luggage.

A bit out of the way but very nice however to stroll through the small residential streets to get to the residence
