When we arrived the host greeted us and due to the very hot weather suggested we didn’t stay in the Vintage Lorry as it was too hot. We checked for ourselves and agreed and we were given an alternative which was a shepherd’s hut. It was perfect for our one night stay. Clean and compact and although hot it was comfortable enough. The wash block facilities were fine and the kitchen area was well provisioned and had fridge /freezer and cooking equipment if needed. Very friendly and helpful host. We would stay there again. Shame we couldn’t use the vintage lorry bur it looked very good and next time we’d hope to stay in it.

Really friendly owners and unusual bed for the night (which was super comfy) helped ourselves to breakfast,,a good choice was on offer.

A bit run down,no shower gel but wash facilities functional.
