Beautiful location and historic building Great breakfast

Clean laundry left on corridor floor outside bedrooms Furnishings and decor in room were rather tired

Location. Mature calm college ambience in the heart of the city but in Cathedral close, so really quiet. Very comfortable double room under the eaves with view of cathedral. Free parking on site on first come, first served (otherwise £10 to park in the Close so well worth arriving early.) We arrived soon after 1 pm and our rooms were available. Good buffet breakast in canteen-style dining room. Stayed during heat wave 30°C+ Good fan in bedroom

Cathedral Close gates locked at 11 pm so you have to ask reception for a key to the pedestrian gate if you are going to return later. We managed to get the last one, #8. It would be nice if everyone was given one on the same ring as their room key on arrival.

A great opportunity to stay in the Close of Salisbury Cathedral. Near to the centre, shops, culture and entertainment. An active college environment with many visitors studying. Breakfast was excellent!

Room was small, with necessary facilities but private bathroom was in suite rather than en-suite! Not clear what areas were available to staying guests.

Locations was spot on. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and lots of it with a good choice, plus extra points for catering for vegetarians!

Room was TINY! Felt very claustrophobic - also, really hot, despite a fan being provided. Did not sleep well at all.
