The room was very clean and comfortable. Water in the mini fridge and fresh milk which was great. All the staff were very friendly and we had a very warm welcome from the young man who was also very busy in the bar but quickly welcomed us and showed us what we needed to know 10/10 greeting. Also the breakfast was amazing, fresh with fantastic presentation, hot and plenty of it. Really pleased to see the baked beans in a dish, very hot. Well done to the chef, nothing could have been any better. We had a perfect stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.
Nothing it was all great. Room very very clean and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Comfortable clean room and great welcoming staff, great location. Elai Indian close by excellent and a show at the City Hall all walking distance.

Friendly welcome from staff, room was spotless and the bathroom looked brand new. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the tea and biscuits left out. Good selection at breakfast. Location is really close the centre and everything is walkable.
Hotel is based on a busy street and I worried about traffic noise but the double glazing in the room worked well.
