    One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in. Great room, comfy bed, modern bathroom. The Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Short walk into Salisbury centre. We will definitely stay here again!

    We stayed for 3 nights before Christmas. Its a short walk into the town centre. Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Really nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

    10 minutes walking distance to centre of city. Great location. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but looked great.

    Due to Renovation in the Bldg., there was no House Phone in our room, Aircon was not working but we requested a Fan, which was provided. There was no Safe in the Room. There was no Notice card available to place the outside the room whether to clean or not clean the room. Staff gave wrong information on how far it is to the Train Station causing us to miss the Stonehenge bus. Staff recommended to be member of IHG Hotel which allowed us to extend our checkout time to 1pm which helped a lot. After being member, staff did not extend our stay and our entry card was not working when it was not yet 1pm
