Beautiful place to stay , ideal location, our 2nd stay here.
The staff were not as attentive this time, on our previous stay the staff were rushed off their feet but still made sure they smiled and kept on top of their work, breakfast was constantly refilled and nothing ran out, this time staff were just present.

Location and Size of room.
Car parking was confusing to start with. And car parking in the council car oark close by was cheaper to pay as you go, not through the hotel. 1 bedside light did not work, and the bathroom needs a make-over.

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Interesting building.
Breakfast was awful. Food was dry and overcooked. Kept having to go and find staff to replenish items. Pastries were stale. So bad we cancelled breakfast on the second morning and got a refund. Toilet roll was not replaced on holder after room had been serviced. Duvet cover had a split on the seam so the duvet poked out.
