Our apartment is located on the top floor of a building dating from the Middle Ages located on the very pretty Place du Coche d'Eau. It is very spacious and very bright and has a very special charm.
The main room is very pleasant to live in. It benefits from a ceiling height of more than 5 meters and has windows on both sides. It is composed of a living room opening onto a terrace of almost 20 square meters, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room is equipped with television and a Rapido sofa bed with a thick mattress for maximum comfort.
The bedroom is also bright. It is equipped with a very comfortable 160 cm bed and a cupboard to be able to settle permanently in the apartment.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower column.
Our apartment is located on a typical square in the historic center of Auxerre, a stone's throw from the banks of the Yonne. From the apartment, you will enjoy a lovely view of the magnificent Saint-Germain Abbey, built from the 5th century.
