Buono per una tappa durante un lungo viaggio
Abbiamo utilizzato la struttura come tappa nel viaggio verso la Normandia. Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare Auxerre. I proprietari sono stati gentili perché nonostante la prenotazione per il giorno stesso, ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pronta. Checkin e checkout in autonomia perfetto, le chiavi si ritirano sul posto inserendo la combinazione.
Scarsa pulizia. Il divano letto era pieno di peli di cane. Le lenzuola ci han detto che erano pulite, ma erano appallottolate nell'armadio e non sembravano lavate. La zona in cui si trova la casa è un po' degradata. Le persiane sono rotte e non si chiudono.

Oggettivamente vicina al centro e comoda per il parcheggio sotto strada.
Sporca e con cattivo odore, mio marito allergico alla polvere ha passato una notte faticosa! Polvere e ragnatele che raccontano la storia dei graticci, scale che probabilmente non hanno mai visto una scopa! Eravamo in 4 ma il secondo letto non era stato preparato: oltre ad essere un terribile e scomodissimo divano letto molto stretto per due, neanche alla francese, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola accartocciate (neanche piegate!) nell’armadio come lo strofinaccio della cucina… sembrando già usati! Il sale della cucina, che più che per condire il cibo, sembrava usato per l’umidità! Peccato perché la struttura dell’appartamento in sé è appena rinnovata e potrebbe avere del potenziale, ma assolutamente necessaria una nuova politica della pulizia e della comodità!

Confort, sécurité, le tout bien placé !
Logement très confortable et sécurisé, idéalement placé pour visiter la centre ville historique, l’hôte est très réactif et les instructions pour accéder au logement son très précise , il est facile de se garer en bas. Je recommande fortement ! Pour le même prix qu’une petite chambre d’hôtel type ibis etc vous aurez un belle appartement !
