Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekte Lage, sehr nette Vermieter. Viele Dinge wurden vom Vermieter bereitgestellt, zum Beispiel Kaffeepads, Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt.
Der Hintereingang ist nicht sehr einladend, da dort die Mülltonnen stehen. Es riecht sehr unangenehm. Der Hausflur sieht ebenfalls sehr ungepflegt und marode aus.

Grazioso appartamento in perfetta posizione centrale, con accesso diretto alla galleria che si affaccia sulla piazza centrale semplicemente salendo la tromba delle scale. Molto bene la pulizia. Ottima attenzione ai dettagli. Ambiente piacevole. Vicino un parcheggio a pagamento. Host molto gentile.
Un vero peccato l’ingresso inferiore del palazzo. Porta d’ingresso non blindata.

- Prima locatie, midden in het centrum van Auxerre. - Zeer compleet en luxueus ingericht appartement. - Zeer hulpvaardige host. We zijn uitgebreid geholpen om onze fietsen op veilige locatie te stallen. Wij wilden de verblijfsduur eventueel verlengen, maar dat ging niet omdat de locatie al verder verhuurd was. De host heeft ons toen prima geholpen met het vinden van nieuw onderkomen.
