The apartments are a good value for money and after a face lift they would be a great place to stay

It is central easy to reach from the motorway and had a bus stop a few steps away. Also all sorts off small and big shops are very close by. There are also different types of restaurants that you can reach on foot.

The flat needs to get a general face lift. The cleaning is simple but not am deep clean. There could be a bigger Sortiment off kitchen utensils. The heating is difficult to control ether to hot or switched off. When the Apartment car park is full ( 3 cars) it is in nearly impossible to park within walking distance.

It was great for the one night stay. Got to explore Bonn. It was also close to the airport and bus station for my bus

Great location and spacious rooms

Stated that they were preparing to carry out work on property but it was being undertaken so very noisy during the day, had to vacate and move the car due to the construction work as was so loud and we feared damage would be done to the car - the workers took no care or consideration

Good location, a few downsides

Nice apartment with free parking, 20 minutes on foot from Bonn center.

Private bathroom is outside the room, accessed via the shared hallway. Some night noise from traffic and the Irish pub next door, but overall a pleasant stay.

The space is fully renovated. There’s bus close to the place. Very well equiped. Beautiful decoration.

There was a person in our door at 10:30 knocking, trying to enter and saying “You have to leave at 11:00”.

You would struggle to get a parking space if other people are also travelling by car. Very tight space. You have your own private bathroom but it’s across the corridor, you have a key to open and close your bathroom door.

Separate toilet& bad room. No toothpaste, soap or shampoo. I knew this before the stay, and I was brought with me.

The property was OK and the host responsive. But the cleanliness was lacking.

The kitchen was well appointed and the pictures accurately represented the apartment.

Despite being a non-smoking apartment there was a strong smell of smoke throughout and ash left in multiple places in the property.

The room is really great! The design impressed us, everthing what we needed was in the room. The kitchen made us happy because we cooked very well.

The room was not really hot. Maybe it was because of the month April. They lessened the heating degree of the heaters. We wished to sleep in a hotter room.

Superb

The facilities were great, the host was helpful to provide information before the check-in since there is no reception. The place is a little far from the center of the city but the options to reach here are plenty. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I would take the blame on this one because I thought the 2 twin beds would be side by side but they were separated by a wall, I might not have paid attention to the photos before choosing this place to stay.

Great apartment, with clean bathroom and good location. Very friendly owner.

Consider that there's 2 apart beds and not 1 double.

Toilet and bathroom space is small. Feels a little constricted for a large sized person. No facility for washing and drying clothes makes it mandatory to carry more number of fresh clothes and becomes somewhat inconvenient for long duration stays.

The floor was not clean.. bread crumbles and seeds on the floor when we got in. The bedsheets were not fresh..

Good on a whole. To consider one of the rooms bed to bed a double bed for couples.

the bedsheets was not washed or changed from the previous people who stayed there. the pillows were smelling of other peoples odour and lotion. the beds in all the rooms are single beds just like for students.
