I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel

Great little apartment with everything i needed (with supermarket within walking distance) Liked that i could walk into town but also had option of bus from just outside. Area felt safe and was quiet. Reception unmanned at property but team were availble and responsive over WhatsApp 24/7. Would happily return and recommend numa apartments.

Amazing room, property was very clean and they provided some amenities like drinks and snacks that were very nice too. Check-in and -out was seamless and very easy/convenient. Location was great too, as there are both supermarkets and food places nearby and the city center was only a short bus ride away, with the bus stop right outside the door.

The room was comfortable and well equipped but the bathroom had issues. The drain to the shower was blocked and resulted in the flooding of the room's floor. The issue was hair in the drain - and we shouldn't have had to clear this to make the shower serviceable. We had to use our bath towels to mop up the water. There was no body gel in the shower dispenser. There was only a part used roll of toilet paper. It soon ran out.

On arrival, the hotel hadnt received my reservation, the reception was not pro-active in finding my reservation in their system despite i could show a booking and payment confirmation email from Hotels.com. The service is not worth the 4,5 stars. The floor was flooded during shower. Overall use of 'cheap-feel'-materials. Lean but good breakfast.

This is my third stay here for work so they must do something right. It is in a secluded location with 100m walk to gt to the main road where the tram takes you directly to the town centre. Therefore in a few minutes you can be in the town centre but have a peaceful and tranquil setting. It has a friendly atmosphere with a little park/playground attached. Breakfasts are simple in a German style but good quality and a reasonable choice. Likely to stay again.

This was a nice stop over after being tired and wanting to find some where to stop for the evening. The hotel was fairly empty and quiet which was nice. There were facilities for working out and a sauna within the hotel but the hours didn't work with my schedule on this stay. The only down of the stay was the locking mechanism to the door. There was the pull over latch at the top of the door but the actual door didn't have the hole cut out in the door frame. Therefore, the room couldn't lock from its normal locking mechanism at the door handle. This is probably from renovations and had been overlooked when doing inspections. I was fine and comfortable but I don't know how comfortable I would be if a loved one was staying within this room alone. This was obvious after closing the door because the door couldn't seal properly and around the top frame of the door because of the light that came through. When checking out I also waited around and rung the bell for the staff for about 10 mins. Maybe there should be another form of contact rather than the bell if staff will be further away from the reception desk/bar area.

Hotel does have parking but not share with customers. Swimming pool was not accessible as they were doing private lessons. Our bedroom had a fire exit with big bright light shining all night disturbing our sleep. Bathroom flooded as soon as we used shower

Great Hotel, but they rip you off to get more money, offer upgrade for your room while not naming upgrade price and making it seem like it’s for free, but then at check out charge you with enormous sums. Mini bar prices are disrespectfully expensive. Rather look for different Hotel while in Bonn.

The hotel is very modern. The staff are excellent. My safe mulfunctioned and I had my passport in there and was traveling the next morning and they got a technician in half an hour around 9 pm. The only thing is that there was no heating and it was pretty cold

Really nice hotel with spacious rooms and underground parking garage. Stayed there when came to Bonn to visit family. They put up a cot for our 5 year old. Will definitely come back again.

The room was very small with little room to move about. The shower in the bathroom had some small black pieces of mold or filth on the walls. It was really bad. I checked in late at night and checked out the next morning. I was supposed to stay one additional night but there was no way I was going to stay there again. I had prepaid for two nights and will not likely get a refund for not staying the second night. Will never stay at this hotel again.

I think the hotel try hard but it just didn't work for me. On the plus side the room was very light and airy and it was quiet. There was also lots of stuff such as toiletries etc but overall I think it was a lot of money for what you get. It is what I think of as an out of town hotel but parking was 8 euros on top of the room . The internet in the room worked for the laptop but had to use playbook in reception. Shower flooded bathroom quite badly still flooded even using small showerhead rather than large one. Lots of effort is made in decor etc but underneath e.g in the hallways it just seemed to be like any other cheap, modern hotel like travelodge but with fancy patterns on the doors and strips of red carpet on the floor
