Pleasant hotel for a short stay

The hotel was very pleasant. I stayed in many other numas before and this one is not as good as some of the others but still has everything you need. The kettle and coffee machine are always an excellent addition and the selection of cosmetics in the bathroom was very good as in every numa. The laundry facilities were fantastic - managed by an app, that alerts you when your laundry is ready and decently priced, it was a great addition. Very good hotel for a short stay.

The location is a little difficult to get to without a car. Public transport runs not so often, there were few road closures, so for 9am work meeting I had to leave at 7am. I'd recommend checking the connections before booking. Also not a fan of the milky glass walls in the bathroom, I know it's common in Germany, but it only works for me as a solo traveller, would not be comfortable travelling with someone. Not sure if all rooms are affected.

Excellent hotel-apart in the city perfect for a city break!

The extra large studio was perfect in size, amenities and comfort and overall excellent value for money. It had all the amenities you need for a short stay, with details carefully thought out. It’s both minimal and very functional which makes it a great place to stay for a city break and has all you need. There’s lovely bakeries around which was an added bonus as well an underground, paid parking which was a great peace of mind if you’re travelling with a car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby is very pleasant and features coffee and tea. The room with a kitchenette is very convenient; everything we needed was there (even a small bottle of olive oil!). A big plus is that there was an iron and ironing board in the room, which is rare for hotels!

The shower door didn't close tightly, which meant a lot of water was leaking onto the floor outside the shower, and there was nothing to wipe it up with.

Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment within walking distance of the town centre.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely apartment. Close to supermarket, bakery and bank with bus stop just outside. Quiet and cosy with comfortable beds and with a far reaching view.

Pretty nice

The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful. The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers. The hotel is at the main street,close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station. There are restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. You can find parking on the street around. I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room,including tea and coffee. The room also had a safe.

I didn't like that the bathroom is not separated by a wall from the room. You couldn't have any privacy when using the toilet. Very embarresing. This can be ok only if you are alone in the room. Secondly the bed is so soft that makes your spine bend,giving lower back pains. Thirdly, when the entrance door is closing behind you is hitting so hard that the walls of the neighbouring rooms are vibrating and the noise is so loud that wakes you up.

It was a comfortable stay after all, we just didn’t like the fact that there were no staffs present so in case of proble

I liked how convenient it was to go to the city centre and in other parts of the city because there’s just a minute walk to the bus stop. It’s also a quiet neighborhood.

For the whole stay, the airconditioning weren’t working for the other two rooms that we booked so my family slept in hot rooms. Problem presented everyday to the staffs but never been solved until our last day.

Disappointing

The location and the kitchen are ok.

There was LED Emergency Exit Light just in front of the bed room , it was impossible to sleep; it's like trying to sleep outside on a sunny day. I have never seen such a LED lamp within the sleeping room, hotels have it in the floor

Superb

The place is comfortable, clean and quiet. The transport stage is close. I liked everything about it. Keep up the good work. The staff were very quick and prompt to respond to queries raised on WhatsApp

I would not say I did not like per se, perhaps a dish drying rack would be useful to have. It would be good to arrange a place where one can receive items of things ordered online. If possible, have another location that is closer to the World Conference Centre.

Good but no wifi

I like it all however I found a problem with the coffee machine the remote and the wifi. I was there in a business trip for 2 nights but the wifi didn't work. they told e they will fix it but the next day also didn't work and I had to ask them about it they didn't update me with my case. After I reclaim it for the 3rd time they offered me 23% refund I had no choice but to accept it because I will be leaving on the next day

Everything was broken

Located in a dull, residential neighbourhood that is served by a not-that-frequent bus (right out front) and a tram that’s about a 8 min walk. Wifi was. Token the whole time I was there. Baseboard had come off in the room and was lying on the floor, toilet paper holder came off in my hand. Room is also quite small considering it’s not in a prime location. I booked relatively late (so maybe I paid more) but didn’t find it to be worth the price at all.

Nice room easily accessible .

Cleaning staff didnt come to change a single sheet on the bed during our 4 nights of stay . We had to contact for them to come and bring us towels . We took shower 3 days in a row with the same towels .

I was happy with my stay, and would book again.

The suite was making the stay quite self sufficient, due to its many amenities. The noise pollution in the surroundings was to a minimum, so it was very peaceful for working and resting. In addition to that, the beds were very comfortable.

Would have been better if there was a cleaning service - for changing bed sheets and to vacuum the suite.

Extrememly comfortable apartment with all you could need

Quirky and welcoming foyer with a bright modern feel to it. Easy to check in online, although we were a little worried about how this would work, it was perfectly straightforward. Loved the coffee machine and having a fridge meant storing breakfast was easy.
