Always happy to go back!

The staff were very attentive and friendly! The room was very spacious snd clean.

The entrance looks a bit worn, but once inside the lobby and rooms are very clean & comfortable. The breakfast has SO MUCH selection they run out of space and it’s difficult to get an overview of whats offered. Certainly not something to complain about.

Good location for short stay during travel.

The location is convenient, close to main roads, motorways. The family room was spacious and clean. Groceries and very close, you have few options by walking distance. EV charging available, no idea about terms, as I used my diesel vehicle, but plenty of chargers there.

The corridor on the 4th floor has had a weird and unpleasant smell. The parking could be a bit cheaper, 8 euros per day in my opinion a bit high.

Rooms were nice

Staff didn't get up out of the cafe to help me check in. Looked at me then turned away. Had to do self check in and there was staff available. Breakfast was fit for a bird. Way to expensive for what they offered. Will definitely not go back

We stayed there for 1 night , it is cosy , clean and easy check in/out.

No remote control for A/C was available however weather was all right for late May.

Personal hotel service!

New Years Eve with the manager letting us view the fireworks was exceptional for our familly. Great hotel and centrally located with decent rooms and easy checkin and out If only more hotel owners had this level of personal service. Well beyond a normal hotel so many thanks

Good

If you are coming to Bonn with your car, the hotel would be a good choice as it has a free parking lot. You can access to the city with a 20 min walk, that's not short but acceptable. There are no keys or cards, you just need a passcode to access the hotel and the room, that was convenient. In addition, it is also good that they eliminated the check-out process. Breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Cleanliness could be better. The sink in the bathroom was half clogged. The paper cups in the room seemed like they were used in the past and not replaced. These are small details but make a big difference.

A very minor thing - it was written that if I leave towels on the floor, they will be changed, and if I leave them on the hooks, they won't. Even though I left the towels on the hooks every day, they still were changed.
