About this house rental
Rooftop Deck with OCEAN VIEWS... enough said! With occupancy of 12, there's room for the entire family in this wonderful quintessential 5 BR Bethany Beach Vacation home, situated just one house back from the beach. Savor the sunrises with your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour cocktails after a day at the beach on the spacious rooftop deck. Enjoy a home-cooked meal on the screened porch with ocean view, or take a leisurely stroll into town to dine at one of Bethany's casual or fine dining restaurants. After dinner, cozy up around the fire pit on the lovely rear patio. This home offers so many options for vacation relaxation! Bedding ranges from a double bunk bed for the kids and queens and a king for the adults There is even a first floor bedroom and an elevator will take you to all interior floors. When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and shops in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, beach games etc. - condition not guaranteed!) BONUS: This luxury home provides bed linens and towels, and they are priced affordably at $371 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, No beach towels.) Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons". Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. No Pets or Smoking please. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. This was a great location. Easy access to the beach and a short walk or trolley ride to the center of town/boardwalk. The home is spacious, with living space on three levels, a large screened in porch, a roof top deck, a generous sized outdoor shower and a fire pit area in the back. Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. My only minor complaint was the communication with the rental agency regarding what was included with the rental. Linens were not included, but we were not permitted to bring our own. Instead, we were required to rent linens from an agency. Although we only rented for three nights, we had to pay for the full week. That being said, the sheets and towels provided were excellent quality and the beds were all made before our arrival. Also, I called the rental agency to inquire about whether other items like beach chairs, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and cleaning products (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc) were included. I was told that they were uncertain, but most likely they were not, so we should bring our own, so we did. Turned out all of the above were readily available, which was great, but it would have been nice to have known so we would not have to drag all that stuff along. That aside, we loved the house and will definitely consider staying here again.

The house was wonderful. So close to the beach! We liked how it is a bit quieter in this area of Bethany, but the boardwalk is an easy walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen supplies were high end, plenty of beach gear, and tons of board games. We would 100% rent this house again. The only negative was the basement bedroom. It was very humid and hotter than the rest of the house. We emptied the dehumidifier every 8 hours, which helped. It was ok for teens but it might be uncomfortable for older adults.
