– Bedroom 3: Queen bed
– Bedroom 4: Pyramid bunk bed (double/twin) plus bunk bed
– Bedroom 5: Pyramid bunk bed (double/twin) plus bunk bed
– Den: Full sleeper sofa
– Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably

– Renters must be at least 25 years old
– Additional fees and taxes may apply

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Our family had a great vacation at this property The house is immaculate and is perfect for our family of nine. Location to beach and downtown is not far at all - maybe a five minute walk. Couldn't ask for anything better. Hope to come back again next year.
