Welcome to 324 Seabreeze Drive, a large and inviting 6-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Located in the family-friendly community of The Canal on Bethany’s North End near Ocean View Parkway, this home offers easy access to the beach—just three short blocks away!

– Bedroom 5 (Top Floor): 2 Twins
– Bedroom 6 (Main Floor): 2 Twins
– Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
– Den: Queen sleeper sofa

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

6 years in Bethany, 3 years at this house for our family of 14 from 3 to 64 years old. Great space for whole group gatherings and for the many smaller spaces as well. Added new kitchen appliances this year.

As a multi-generational family, we were thrilled with our rental. Plenty of space to spread out; a room for our jigsaw puzzles, separate den, gathering and dining spaces ... wrap-around and screened in porches. An extra bonus was the upstairs suite with Jacuzzi and the outdoor, enclosed shower. Walking distance to beach and center of town. The free trolley stopped around the corner; our teens enjoyed biking several miles.

Overall the house was in decent shape, though dated and albeit a bit musty. Our only complaint was that none of the outlets in the master or other upstairs bathroom worked.
