Welcome to the beach house! This property features 2 master bedrooms, open kitchen and living room with direct access to outdoor screened porches, game area in garage, beach bikes, and plenty of space to either spread out or come together as a group.

Main level (2nd floor); A cook's kitchen equipped with high quality cookware and dishware, double oven, granite counters, extra capacity refrigerator, pantry closet, and custom Amish made dining table that expands to seat 12. The kitchen opens to the living room and 2 screened porches. Queen master bedroom on this level, just steps from the kitchen (ideal for early risers!)

3rd floor: This upper level features three (3) guest bedrooms, including two (2) queen bedrooms and one (1) king master suite. This level also has a den/tv area with queen sleeper sofa, spacious bathroom and access to two (2) outdoor decks.

1st floor (ground level): Besides the garage/game area, this level has (2) additional bedrooms- a bunk room with two (2) sets of bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) and a bedroom with two (2) twin beds plus a queen bed. The laundry room is on this level along with an extra large bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The 2-car garage has been converted into a game area and has: ping pong, pool table, foosball, double hoop basketball game, painted chalkboard wall, space for our 8-10 adult beach cruiser bikes, and corn hole game.

Have extra food or drinks? A second refrigerator is located in the garage for your convenience.

Other amenities include upgraded high-speed internet, assortment of games, puzzles, sand toys, beach chairs, and two residential parking permits (required May 15-September 15) to allow parking on side streets near the beach.

Linens: you have the option to bring your own sheets and/or towels or purchase the linen package for an extra fee. Ask host for itemized rates.

Pets (i.e. dogs) are considered on a case-by-case basis. They must be at least 2 years old and housebroken. Please inquire with owner. If approved, a pet fee applies.

Numerous restaurants are within 2-3 blocks, including: Bethany Diner, Grotto Pizza, DiFebio's Italian, Off the Hook, CoCoLo Sushi, Surfin' Betty's Burger Bar, Chinese Restaurant, Rita's Italian Ice and Clove & Cedar coffee shop.

Also in walking distance is a WaWa convenience store, Nature Center (bird preserve) with a small play ground and a liquor store. Giant (with Starbucks) and Weis grocery stores are about 1.5 miles away.

Playground: John West Park is about a mile away, located at the intersection of West and Oakwood Avenues in Ocean View. Features various playground equipment, picnic tables, grills, gazebo with rocking chairs and restroom facilities. It's very nice!

Parking: Maximum of 6 cars, depending on size.
