We have stayed here the past two years and want to come back next year. It is a two minute walk to the beach and has drive thru parking. The layout is great , holds many friends and family and is well maintained.

We loved our stay. The property is only steps from the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a four night stay with 9 adults and a baby. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were perfect for all of us. We are excited to return next year. This is our second time we’ve stayed and we all had a blast. Thank you Jeremy. You are a wonderful and helpful host.

Pros:
Great location 1 block from clean and quiet guarded ocean beach.
Plenty of room for extended family.
Nice rooftop deck. But be careful, spiral staircase too open and children can fall through railing.
Cons:
Cleanliness of house. Cleaner hadn’t dusted, outdoor garbage cans and recycling were chock full even though garbage was supposed to be picked up the day before. Trash in kitchen trash can. Someone’s dirty underwear in yard, yard weedy and overgrown, especially in back.
Back stair railing very loose (contacted property manager about cleanliness and railing safety).
