Sea Colony - 55094 Lakewood offers Crowne Carriage accommodations in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West. Guests can benefit from the numerous amenities Sea Colony offers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
This air-conditioned vacation home consists of 4 bedrooms (each with TV), two with king beds, one with a queen bed, the fourth with a twin bunk bed and full bed. There is also a loft with queen sofa sleeper/TV, spacious living room with two couches and fireplace, dining room with seating for eight plus a breakfast nook. A large sunroom has lake views and outdoor seating porch with adirondack chairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave, plus coffee maker/keurig. It has a first floor powder room, three full bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Second floor bathroom has been recently updated with a new vanity, tile floor and shower instead of a tub, double sink, and lighting. There are two bicycles, beach toys, and chairs for guest use. Bicycle rental companies are also available in the Marketplace and throughout Bethany Beach. Tram stop is steps away from front door for easy transportation to beach.
Guests at our vacation home will be able to enjoy activities in and around Sea Colony and Bethany Beach i.e. cycling, tennis, pickleball, two athletic centers and aquatic center, twelve pools including two indoor pools. and scheduled weekly family activities. T4 pool is located less than a five minute walk from our home and includes a children's splash pad area, large pool, and oversized hot tub. The athletic center, including an indoor and outdoor pool are also within walking distance to our home.
This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.
Host fee covers linens/towels and cleaning.
Sea Colony badges (ages 4+) are available for purchase at the Beach Shop. Badge cost @ $55.00/week depending on the week. Badges are required and allows access to all Sea Colony amenities/beach access.

What a spacious, clean, inviting home! We loved the enclosed sun room. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and easily met the needs of our party of 10. Everything, e.g. paper towels, hand soap, tp, dish detergent etc was provided. 2 bikes, ample parking. tram stop across the street. Who could want more?

This unit was perfect for my extended family. The layout allowed them to stay together in one place, but with room to spread out. The dining table was big enough for us to all eat dinner together, and there was enough sofa space to watch a movie together. The furniture was comfortable too. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It was an enjoyable week.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is clean, lovely, spacious and well-appointed. The hosts provided beach chairs, plenty of soap and toiletries and even two very nice bikes for our use. We have been to Sea Colony a number of times and it never disappoints. The neighborhood is quiet and the entire development is beautifully maintained and clean. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating. The tram is also a great feature in Sea Colony - the stop is right outside and trams run every 10 minutes or so, making it easy to head down to the beach without any parking hassles. The house is a quick walk down to the aquatic center which boasts a nice pool, splash pad for the littles, and large hot tub. We will be back! Thank you so very much for an outstanding experience!
