This lovingly renovated, centrally located townhouse in a quiet neighborhood features ground-level access and allergy-friendly cork floors, and is warmly furnished. From your sunny south-facing terrace with a retractable awning, you’ll enjoy views of meadows and mountains.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful vacation village of Lechbruck am See, you’ll find our cozy little vacation home, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Our house has been completely renovated and is largely furnished with new furniture. The windows in the kitchen, bedroom, and children’s room are equipped with fixed fly screens. Except for the bathroom, cork flooring has been installed throughout the house, making it suitable for those with house dust allergies.
The large terrace, approximately 20 square meters, offers a view of the Ammer Mountains. It has an awning and is furnished with a table, 5 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation
Kitchen (tile floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove (ceramic cooktop) with range hood, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (cork flooring)
The living room is furnished and features a cozy seating area. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to barbecue using your own grill. The dining area, which is right next to the living room, offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.
Bedroom 1 (cork flooring)
with a double bed and a wardrobe. You also have access to the patio from this room.
