This bright and cheerfully furnished corner townhouse is located in a quiet yet central part of the vacation village. From your south-facing terrace and sun awning, you have a view of a meadow and the Ammergau Alps.

The corner townhouse is centrally located in the vacation village, facing south with views of the lake, mountains, and vacation homes. It accommodates up to 4 people. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove (ceramic cooktop) with range hood, oven, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (carpet)
The living room is fully furnished, including a cozy seating area and living room furniture. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. Barbecuing with your own grill is permitted. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.
Bedroom 1 (carpet)
with a double bed and a closet. You also have access to the patio from this room.
Bedroom 2 (carpet)
with two single beds, a desk, and a wardrobe.

with natural light: shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with a garden table and 4 chairs, as well as two lounge chairs. An awning provides shade.

The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country ski trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
