You’ll love this quietly located middle unit in a row house with ground-level access. It has been lovingly renovated and furnished in a bright and welcoming style. Enjoy the views of the meadows and mountains from your south-facing terrace; an awning provides shade.

Our small vacation home, measuring approximately 64 m², is in a beautiful location with a view of the mountains. Dear guests, we have lovingly renovated our vacation home.
It features a completely new kitchen with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything else you need in a kitchen.

Modern shower room. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and direct access to the patio, and a children’s room with two single beds)

Bike racks for 3 bikes are available in front of the house
Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
We and our on-site service team always strive to provide you with a beautiful and well-maintained vacation home so that your stay in the lovely Allgäu region is a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
