From this country-style middle unit in a row of houses, featuring ground-level access and a south-facing terrace with a sun awning, it’s just a few meters to the parking lot and playground. You’ll enjoy beautiful views of the meadows and lake, with partial mountain views.

Our renovated vacation home is no longer just our “favorite place”—it also invites you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation or short getaway in the most beautiful surroundings.
Relax and unwind in a beautifully laid-out and comfortably furnished 64 square meters. The home features two bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace with a stunning view of the mountains and lake.
Bedroom I: Double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV
Bedroom II: 2 single beds, table with chair, wardrobe, satellite TV
The floors in the bedrooms are laminate; the rest of the apartment is tiled.
Kitchen: (new 01/17) Dishwasher, electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, egg cooker,
Plenty of dishes and pots, plus all standard cooking utensils.
Living/dining area: large, comfortable couch with pull-out sleeper for the 5th person, satellite TV, stereo system, dining table with corner bench
The living room leads out to the terrace, where your vacation truly begins. Here, you’ll be treated to a beautiful view of the mountains and lake.
The covered terrace allows smokers to enjoy themselves even in mild, rainy weather, as our vacation home is a “smoke-free home.” All windows and the
patio door are equipped with high-quality fly screens to ensure a relaxing vacation.
Patio: 4 chairs (with seat cushions) and a table, 4 high-back chairs with cushions, 2 sturdy lounge chairs with cushions, a parasol, a grill, an awning
1 pet is welcome, but we ask that you refrain from letting your beloved four-legged friend sit on the beds or the couch.
Minimum stay: 5 nights

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on arrival and departure days for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our youngest guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
We and our on-site service team always strive to provide you with a beautiful and well-maintained vacation home so that your stay in the lovely Allgäu region will be a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golf on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
