From this tastefully furnished middle townhouse with a south-facing terrace, it’s just a few meters to the parking lot and playground.

Welcome to our Vacation Home 96 in the Hochbergle Vacation Village
Look forward to a home with high-quality amenities, superior comfort, and a harmonious overall ambiance. The house features a sunbathing lawn in front of the terrace and is also distinguished by its particularly beautiful location near the playground and sports field.
The trail to the nearby swimming lake and hiking trails starts right at the house.
The house features a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle.
The living room features a comfortable couch with an armchair and a wall unit with a flat-screen TV and radio. A landline phone and Wi-Fi are also available. Right next to the living room is the lovely dining area with a table, a bench, and three chairs, seating up to six people.
There are two separate bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, has also been completely renovated.
The house has a large south-facing terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs. There is also a bike rack for up to 3 bikes. In front of the terrace is a lawn perfect for relaxing. The house is located right next to the playground and sports field and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. The walking path to the nearby swimming lake starts right at the house and is only 600 meters away.
Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, the swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
