About this house rental
This middle unit in a row house is located in a prime spot on the outskirts of the resort, near a parking lot and a playground. It is bright and comfortably furnished. Enjoy your east-facing terrace with a sun awning and a beautiful view of a meadow.

This corner townhouse in a wonderful location is situated near a playground on the edge of the vacation complex and can accommodate up to 4 people. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (vinyl flooring)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (Laminate Flooring)
The living room is furnished with, among other things, a cozy sofa. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your terrace. Barbecuing with your own grill is permitted. The dining area, which is directly adjacent, offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.
Bedroom 1 (laminate flooring)
with a double bed and a closet. You also have access to the terrace from this room.
Bedroom 2 (laminate flooring)
This room features two single beds, a desk, and a closet

The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the crisp, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. And don’t forget the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
