Summary:
An elegant ground-floor studio in Monterosso al Mare's Fegina area, with a private patio and easy access. The name evokes the fragrant garden surrounding this property, tucked in greenery a short walk from the sea. We leave a few good things in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee — so you don't have to think about shopping the moment you arrive. 30 sqm, ground floor, for 2 guests.
The Space:
A functional open-plan space with a double sofa bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, Nespresso), private bathroom with shower and washing machine, Smart TV and air conditioning.
Guest Access:
Ground floor, easy access. Can be combined with Sciacchetrà (7 guests) and Scimiscià (13 guests total).
The Neighborhood:
Monterosso's Fegina area: beaches a short walk away, station 5 minutes.
Getting Around:
The train station is a 5-minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a €70 supplement, on a lead in communal areas.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Check-in handled by the Cinque Terre Riviera team. In Monterosso check-in is self: standard hours 3:00pm–7:00pm, then self check-in with emailed instructions until 10:00pm (phone assistance carries a €50 supplement). No check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day. Heating switched off from 1 April to 1 November.

We enjoyed the stay except for someone’s stereo going off at midnight, a large dog barking at midnight, and I thought I had booked 2 nights instead of one. I checked out an hour late but they were nice about the confusion. Don’t forget to leave your tax money!

Location was perfect for Monterosso! You could walk everywhere from here. Public/paid parking is not from from the condo as well. If you are driving in, make sure to stop at the Sigma market in Levanto to pick up some groceries.
Bed was comfortable, shower had hot water, and there was AC. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
