Expensive, super noisy, minimal service, but near the beach

Positive - Close to the beach and sea, but away from the noise of the train and main street - Quite clean, except the bathroom curtain - Spacious bathroom, one of the better ones we have seen in Italy, ever. (Now we have stayed in two other apartments while continuing travelling, this is not the best bathroom anymore, nor the biggest or best maintained) - I finally got the full deposit back (after a week)

Negatives - The Dutch gentleman that left a long review is completely right. There is NO NOISE ISOLATION AT ALL. You will hear your neighbours talking, their cutlery making noise against their plates, conversation and, if you are unlucky like us, the infant next door crying at all times of day and night. The apartment next door is also being rented out by the same company. - The apartment is a studio, which usually isn't a problem. The problem is that they didn't mention that the boiler isn't in the bathroom, but in the tiny hallway. That means it is always making noise, even at night. As if someone is softly whistling, continously. - The amount of chores and instructions (and the potential fees if you do not follow them) are excessive. The listing might be on booking.com, but it is just like the most detested type of Airbnb. You will have to wash the dishes, clean the sink and kitchen (50 euro fee), take out the trash (30€), not use the AC excessively (during summer), be careful to not clog the drain or leave any hair (if you do, 150 €) etc. We are travelling through all of the North of Italy for a month, and this was by far the worst place we stayed at when it comes to check out instructions. Not even the Airbnb we stayed at next did this) We always, gladly, clean after ourselves everywhere we go and leave the place as we found it, but we felt this was all both excessive and made for an uncomfortable stay. Meanwhile they do the bare minimum cleaning (dead flies on window sills), and offer the bare minimum of services. Even asking for cleaning, or a change of sheets or fresh towels will cost you. By the way, they do charge a cleaning fee of 70 euros anyway. For basically changing the sheets and inspect the property for "issues" deductible from the sizeable 250 euro deposit.

Good location. Very nice balcony. Easy to acsses from the train staion.

Awful shower. We never had enough hot water - for only 2 people - taking very short showers - and still it wasn't enough. They make a point of recycling - which I love - but you must carry yourself all the grabage outside to the recycling bins (which is far) - or they will charge you a big amount.

It had everything we needed. It was well equipped. It was in a good location. The shower was fantastic and the bed was comfortable.

Its localisation, the interior is new and comfortable. However the structure of the building is very thine therefore we can hear everything from other people.

The outside in middle of a building where the terrasse is visible from the street and from the wall pathway of the building. It is not private at all.

LOVE CINQUE TERRE! And would stay here again!

Super clean and new feeling! Loved the patio in the garden and the washing machine.

Only complaint was it was hard to find being at the back of the building but once we figured it out it was easy.

it is a great location - just a block off the promenade. it place was very clean. we also found it very thoughtful that all the books in the room (lots of books and brochures on the area) were in English and we are from an English speaking country.

If you need Wi-Fi don’t count on it. There is a ridiculously long password for it that did not work. There was also a QR code to access it that did not work. I blew through all my high speed data and had none for the rest of the trip. The comments on the Wi-Fi instructions were really dismissive if you couldn’t make it work (essentially - too bad). Also - make sure you read ALL the instructions - the power went out twice and the instructions on the breakers were taped to the door - not a place we originally looked. although the company responded very quickly on What’s App when we asked about it (essentially read the instructions).

Entspannen an einem Weltkulturerbe Ort mit schönem Meer

Die Lage und das gemütliche Patio mit Sonnenliegen und ein kleiner Tisch zum in aller Ruhe ein Nachtessen oder ein Frühstück einzunehmen.

Das Gebäude ist ziemlich hellhörig und die Gästen aus der USA nebenan waren ziemlich laut in der Nacht, aber dafür kann der Veranstalter nichts.

Tegenvaller, vooral gezien het bedrag dat we betaald hebben...

Locatie was goed, ruimte was groot genoeg en fijn dat er een terrasje was. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was. Inchecken via code om de sleutel te verkrijgen werkte prima!

Het was jammer dat het tuinmeubilair oud en vuil was. Slakkensporen op de tafel en de stoelen en bij 1 stoel was een latje van de zitting bijna doorgerot. Wij hebben de stoelen die binnen stonden, gebruikt om buiten te zitten. De buitenstoelen vonden we niet betrouwbaar. En we hebben maar een handdoek over het tafeltje gelegd. Er stonden ook 2 strandstoelen maar die durfde ik niet eens aan te raken, ook deze waren dus niet echt schoon... Verder heel veel rioolvliegjes in de badkamer, waar ook een schimmelplek op het plafond zat en ook in het gordijntje dat in de badkamer hing. Het is ook een heel erg gehorige studio, de bovenburen die een paar keer ruzie hadden, kon je woordelijk verstaan en ook alle andere geluiden hoor je direct. Bijvoorbeeld dat de buren Harry Potter keken op de tv... Ook zijn we een paar nachten wakker geworden van het geluid van de boiler die aansloeg. Dan moesten we het bed uit om een beetje aan de knop van de boiler te draaien zodat het geluid ophield. Ook was het bed voor mij te smal en te hard, maar dat is persoonlijk, dat kan voor anderen anders zijn natuurlijk. En maar 4 kledinghangers voor 2 personen voor 6 nachten vond ik ook een beetje weinig.
