Just what we needed in Arles

A good accommodation in Arles. it was clean and located so that we could walk to the center. As a bonus, it was possible to park outside the building. The beds were good.

The apartment could use some upgrading - the bathroom door could not be closed from the inside, the kitchen was a bit shabby with peeling materials.

It was a comfortable Apartment in a good location just an easy walk into the centre. Parking out the front. We would recommend.

We reported the kettle did not work and was not replaced while we were there.

Leo good anfitrion and good flat to visit Arles

The flat was very good. Leo gave us the directions to get into the apartment and everything went smoothly and he took care if we needed anything. He left us basic things like coffee, towels.... We went in July and it was very hot, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. If we come back to Arles, we will repeat.

Not a place to spend a holiday.

Air conditioning. Responsive host. Easy parking.

The apartment was located in a block that was like institutional social housing. It had poor soundproofing so all the neighbours’ noise was easy to hear right until the early hours of the morning. We had booked and paid for 3 nights but left after the first sleepless night. I find it hard to believe previous reviews were for the same apartment. The photo of the ‘balcony’ does not show how tiny it was. We found it a depressing place and certainly not somewhere to spend valuable holiday time. Very disappointed.

Große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung fußläufig zur Innenstadt

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und von dort aus Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Dafür war die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Es gibt viel Platz und zwei Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - wir haben mehrmals Abends gekocht. Es ist ein Neubau, das ist vielleicht nicht typisch Altstadt in der Provence, dafür hat man viel Platz, außerdem sind Toilette und Schlafzimmer auf einer Ebene. Wir haben dort sehr gut gewohnt. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist auch praktisch!

Das Sofa könnte etwas bequemer sein. Scheinbar waren die Sitzkissenüberzüge neu gewaschen und das Innere passte noch nicht so recht wieder hinein :)

Cómodo apartamento de decoración algo simple, con 2 buenas habitaciones y parking gratis dentro de una urbanización situada a 15 minutos andando de la Arena de Arles. Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Merece la pena para visitar Arles.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la taille de l'appartement, son aménagement, sa décoration, l'équipement et le confort des lits ainsi que le calme de la Résidence, la gentillesse et la réactivité de Léo même s'il était à distance . La facilité de stationnement est très appréciable.

Confortevole e vicino al centro città

Struttura perfettamente in linea con le foto. L’appartamento è pulito, ordinato e confortevole. Posizione ottima per visitare la città e raggiungere il centro benissimo a piedi. La comunicazione con l’host, molto disponibile nei nostri confronti, è stata chiara e veloce. Consigliatissimo!
