Location was great

It needs maintenance. The couch was almost broken, the bathroom was in a bad shape. It was a dark old apartment in a weird street.

Petite and Average

Very close to everything in the old town, so extremely handy! Washing machine was a bonus, easy enough to figure out. Plenty of plug outlets. Sandra was very helpful and came around when we got someone to call her when we couldn't lock the door.

No plug in the kitchen sink, we had a lot of difficulty with locking the front door. Someone had used the iron and obviously burned something (and not cleaned it) so it left a sticky black mark on my dress, and I kept whacking my leg on the radiator knob getting in and out of bed (small room). There were lots of mosquitos that waiting for their chance to get in the door as soon as you opened it a crack. We bought (and left) a can of insect spray.

Indeed , a conveniently located, pleasant little house!

Very pleasant little maison for an independent stay. Nice to get away from hotels. Everything we needed - the vintage washing machine did a good job! Finding it was easy and parking outside on the street (although a big car would be a problem). Good wifi.

Sadly due to a car problem we were stuck in Nimes for an extra night so only got to spend one night at the maison. Mid June temperature was fine without aircon

There was a great boulangerie /patisserie just two minuets away as you head for the Information bureau just another 5 min walk. Then just a few more minuets to the center of town. The place is comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was no traffic at night on the quiet side street

Not for summer

Close to old town. Wash machine was useful. Cats were in the neighborhood.

Floor was dirty, feet were black after walking with barefoot in the rooms. We were there in July and we could barely sleep, either too hot or too loud from the electric fan or both. Toilet was one door away from the bed to the pillow side, which was quite weird when opening all the doors to cool down the apartment.

Perfect location to explore the city. Good Wi fi. Great hostess.

It was very quiet location in the evening, but after 9pm it became very noisy, cars driving past and early morning small trucks and buses . The road is narrow and if you have a big car, it is quite difficult to park( we had to move ours once so that a van could pass by). parked close to the pavement and still we found the mirror( which was closed) turned into opposite direction.

The location is close to centre, walking distance and check in and out all self service.

the apartment was warm as "inferno", we travelled during summer and it was impossible to sleep or ventilate the rooms properly. Also there was a bit of miscommunication from both our ends related to the check out times.

Location was fantastic. Landlady was lovely - she popped round when we had a problem with the WiFi (we hadn’t switched the router on). Cold bottle of wine in the fridge. Clean and functional

La posizione così vicino alla città, ma di fianco c'è un cimitero.

Polvere ovunque e segni della presenza di topi. Avendo scelto questo posto per poter cucinare in casa ci siamo ritrovati obbligati a mangiare fuori a causa degli utensili sporchi e usurati.

Au calme mais tout à côté du Centre historique d'Arles 😃.

Hôte très sympathique et réactive. Grand logement agréable et bien agencé. Excellent emplacement,proche du Centre historique d'Arles. Quartier très calme. Facilités pour se garer à proximité. Très bonne boulangerie à 2 pas.

Ce qui se trouve dans les placards est limité au niveau vaisselle. Manquent des produits de base:le savon,du sopalin... Soucis avec la douche : peu de débit et forte variation chaud/froid.

Pourrait être très bien si complètement rénové

L'emplacement, la possibilité de se garer à proximité, le lit et la possibilité d'avoir un lit d'appoint confortable

Impossible de prendre une vraie douche et de se laver les cheveux elle ne coule presque pas et le peu qui coule a une température instable passant du glacé au brûlant et vis versa. La peinture défraîchie, le sol un peu collant, pas de minimum de sel poivre huile dans la cuisine, la salle de bains aux joints mal rafistolé, les rongeurs qui courent la nuit dans le grenier.

Pied à terre avant de faire la course 10 km d'Arles

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette jolie petite maison 🏠 qui fut agréable assez bien équipé. Très bien situé à proximité du centre ville d'Arles que l'on peut faire à pieds. La propriétaire est toujours joignable s'il y a un souci.

Nuit un peu fraîche pas facile de mettre le chauffage.

Logement parfait pour visiter Arles

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville d'Arles, tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement parfait pour un cours séjour. La boulangerie est à deux minutes, c'est appréciable pour le petit déjeuner. Le canapé qui avait des commentaires négatifs a été changé.

Il y a juste ce qu'il faut comme ustensiles de cuisine, il serait bien qu'il y en ait un peu plus.

L’allotjament està molt cèntric algora que en un carreró de veïns molt tranquil. És molt fresc i té moltes finestres per ventilar. Està totalment equipat, com estar a casa. L’amfitriona és molt amable, atenta, facilita la informació que es va necessitant i contesta els missatges molt ràpidament.

Excellant séjour dans ce joli petit studio

Petit studio très joli ( Même si de l'extérieur il ne paie pas de mine ). Tout équipé, literie confortable. A 5 minute a pied du centre historique. Parking gratuit pour se garer a proximité et endroit calme. Propriétaire très charmante, répond très rapidement si on a des question a lui poser. Ce fut pour nous un séjour très agréable.

Abbiamo impiegato solo 8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'Arena, il teatro e il centro storico fino al Rodano. Arles è molto bella.

Casa un po' troppo bohémien e molto calda, purtroppo senza aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore.

Un pis per pasar un parell de nits.

L'allotjament està molt ben situat, aprop de les atraccions turístiques més importants.

Tot i que hi havia un ventilador, feia molta calor adintre. Obrir finestres no era una bona opció pels mosquits, llit petit i no gaire cómode. En general, fa falta una renovació del mobiliari, mosquitera en la finestra del lavabo i una neteja més profunda.

Poco pulita, struttura piccola trascurata e trasandata, quartiere povero zona molto assolata fino a sera risulta soffocante con finestre piccole da non poter areare la casa

Arles au calme

Très jolie petite maison très bien équipée. Dans une petite rue à 8 minutes à pied du centre ville, au calme. Très appréciable ! Nous avons très bien dormi. L'appartement est très bien aménagé. Nous avons apprécié le contact avec l'hôte aussi, très reactive et sympathique. Nous avons trouvé là notre point de chute pour nos escapades régulières à Arles ! (Expo, concert etc ...). N'hésitez pas, c'est une pépite.

Peut-être le canapé qui s'affaisse lorsqu'on s'assoit dessus, mais rien de dramatique.
