Lille, fully-equipped apartment with parking space

Bel appartement, confortable, propre et bien placé.

Tout était très bien. Seul bémol, le parking proposé en titre de l’annonce était inaccessible. La conciergerie en charge de l’appartement a pris en charge nos frais de stationnement, donc, rien à dire!

The location! Warm & cosy flat & we felt very safe & secure. The concierge was very good and responsive with communication. We were asked for our opinion of the flat when we left on our final day which we provided. The location although a little tired from the outside, it is an Appartment complex so I guess, little the host can do about the communal areas. It is extremely good value for money, situated perfectly to get everywhere on foot. We had a wonderful stay in Lille.

We privately messaged the host the following & hope that they take the feedback on board for future guests. We were informed prior to our arrival that the lift was broken & unlikely to be repaired during our 4 day stay. We were on the 4th floor. Although it didn’t pose too much of an issue to us. It would for anyone with mobility issues. The lift was being repaired however on the day of our departure. The toilet seat is not secure but we reported this directly to the host. The stairwells are not lit very well. The car park space is very difficult to get into if you have a large vehicle. We had. VW Golf & I have no idea how we didn’t damage it trying to enter. Exit was much easier.

It's in an excellent location, with everything we wanted to visit within walking distance. The lift is easy to use and the shared areas are clean and secure. It's close to cafes and boulangeries and there's a small Carrefour just round the corner.
